I purchased two of these bracelets and within wearing them for 1 day the clasps broke on both of them. I am very careful and gentle with my jewelry and was really excited about these fun bracelets so it was disappointing when the quality was not good. I reached out to customer service three times now and have yet to receive any direction on what can be done to replace or refund them.
