Never need to take it off
It’s my everyday jewelry, for gym, shower, sleep. I wear heavy creamed and butters and i have curly hair so it’s been no issue. Ive only had it for 2 weeks. I will say i do have to be careful when touching because it feels like it can break with one wrong hard tug
